Clif has a Masters in Special Education and a Masters in Social-Organizational Psychology. He has been working in the field of education for over 10 years and has used his skills in developing and implementing effective organization processes in educational settings.

Brian Creary, B.S.
CHIEF MANAGEMENT OFFICER/FACILITATOR
Brian has a Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in Social Work. He has close to 10 years of experience in Supervision, Management, and Youth Development. Brian worked with youth from underserved communities, living in group homes. He also coached multiple children and teen sports teams, while volunteering his time mentoring adolescent males. Brian will support Soul2Soulz, Inc with its overall operations and as a Board of Director.

Alvion Browne, LMSW Social Work Supervisor
Alvion Browne graduated from New York University where she received a Masters of Social Worker. Alvionalso attended MCNY in 2017 where she received her CASAC. Alvion is currently employed as a Licensed Masters Social Worker and a Master CASAC at The New York State Office of Mental Health. Alvion also has her own private practice, Sweet Tea LLC.

Ebony Smalls, LMSW
SOCIAL WORK SUPERVISOR
Bronx raised, and current Brooklyn resident is a graduate of Hunter College school of Social Work. She harnesses almost 15 years of social work experience ranging from in home family therapy, college success work and mentoring.
As an impactful and passionate leader in social work, Ebony focuses on the whole person acknowledging strengths and increasing supports. Ebony also centers indigenous wellness practices such as community care, meditation, and positive affirmations.

Adiasha Richards-Thornhill, LMHC Mental Health Supervisor
Adiasha is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the Founding Director of Growth and Transitions Counseling, a telehealth counseling organization in NY and NJ. Adiasha provides clinical supervision, development, and support to our externs and interns.

Carl Jackman, LMSW
SOCIAL WORK SUPERVISOR
Carl is a licensed social worker experienced in youth development, school-based social work, and private practice psychotherapy. Carl’s career spans 20 years of local, national, and international experience primarily empowering high school and college young people. Carl believes in nurturing future social workers in anti-oppressive practice to partner with young people in navigating their wellness. Carl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the CUNY’s College of Staten Island and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Service.

Andrew Creary, B.A.
MASTER FACILITATOR
Andrew Creary has over 15 years of experience working in youth development. He has spent multiple years as a School Dean focused on improving students' behavior. Andrew has also spent many years facilitating college and career prep, social-emotional learning, and character development workshops with youth, young adults, and males in Rikers Island Jail. Andrew will offer Soul2Soulz, Inc his expertise in providing excellent facilitation of lessons and workshops.

Wislene Charles-Sims, B.A.
DIRECTOR OF COLLEGE, CAREER, AND INTERNSHIP PROGRAMMING FACILITATOR
Wislene has over 10 years of experience as a College and Career Counselor. She also has experience as a Training Specialist for Educators, Program Director for S.T.E.A.M, entrepreneurial leadership for youth, and transitional housing for young adult programs. Wislene has a track history of supporting thousands of youth with entering the world of work and getting into college. She is ecstatic to support Soul2Soulz, Inc by continuing to help high school students be prepared for the next stage of their lives.

T. Billi Martin, BA Filmmaking Program Supervisor/Filmmaker/Teaching Artist
T. Billi Martin, a proud Brooklynite, transitioned from runway modeling to tv & film production starting with attending acting classes with celebrity coaches. After achieving her Bachelor's Degree in Media Arts/TV & Film production at LIU - Brooklyn, she has rigorously been working as a writer, director, producer and all-around filmmaker in theatre, film and broadcast television for network, premiere channels, public-access media and various film companies. She also produces and hosts popular tv shows on the Brooklyn Free Speech channel - The Caribbean Voice TV, BFunny, and the award winning TV series Women Are Talking TV.

Kerry-Ann Archibald, M.Ed Trainer/Curriculum Developer
Holds a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction for Educators. Over the span of fifteen years, she has served as a New York City DOE teacher, and a Director developing afterschool programs. In addition to her work with Soul2Soulz, she currently serves as the CEO of her own online educational company, Legacy Learning Experience, which supports the journey of lifelong learners.
