  • Hal Dumas, MBA

    CHAIR

    Dumas serves as Chairperson of Soul2Soulz, Inc Board of Directors. He is also an Entrepreneur and business developer, he is the Founder and Managing Partner of Dumas Psychology Collective, LLC, The Brain Train Center, Oxy Pam II and Kelsdge Solution, Inc. Dumas lends his ability to start and grow successful businesses as well as his deep desire to support youth and the community by supporting Soul2Soulz, Inc.

  • Douglas Brooks

    BOARD MEMBER

    Douglas Brooks is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Community Counseling & Mediation (CCM), a New York-based organization providing mental health, health, supportive housing, youth, and education services. He holds a Master’s of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and serves as an Adjunct Professor at New York University’s School of Social Work and The City University of New York’s College of Staten Island. With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Brooks has dedicated his career to supporting vulnerable populations and enhancing social services.

  • Jeffrey Reid, CFA, MBA

    TREASURER

    Jeff serves as the Treasurer of Soul2Soulz, Inc Board of Directors. He is also a chartered Financial Analyst and Accountant. Jeff is the Assistant Business Manager Administrator for Westbury School District. His past experience includes Grant Technician for Nassau Community College, interned in the business office of Great Neck Public Schools, Portfolio Analyst, Fund controller, and Tax Auditor.

  • Andrew Burnett, MBA

    SECRETARY

    Andrew Burnett is an owner of multiple businesses, he is also the Principal and Managing Director of several financial advisory firms, a business consultant, and a former adjunct lecturer in business and entrepreneurship. Education and youth development is important to Andrew and he will utilize his expertise to support the growth of Soul2Soulz, Inc.

  • Brian Creary, B.S.

    BOARD MEMBER

    Brian has a Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in Social Work. He has close to 10 years of experience in Supervision, Management, and Youth Development. Brian worked with youth from underserved communities, living in group homes. He also coached multiple children and teen sports teams, while volunteering his time mentoring adolescent males. Brian will support Soul2Soulz, Inc with its overall operations and as a Board of Director.

  • Dan Taddeo, B.S., M.S., MBA

    BOARD MEMBER

    Dan Taddeo is a data expert with 13 years’ experience working at a biotechnology company, Regeneron, with a focus on technology solutions and data enablement. Serving as a College Admission’s Counselor and Tutor, Dan has a passion for supporting and working with high school students.

  • Tiayana Logan

    BOARD MEMBER

    Tiayana Logan is the Director of Student Life + Enrichment at Launch Expeditionary Learning Charter School. With over a decade of experience, she shapes environments that foster academic and personal growth in students. Tiayana oversees various programs, manages the high school application process, and leads student and alumni engagement initiatives. Her collaborative approach, analytical skills, and passion for innovative solutions make her an asset to the education sector.

  • Shaquana Boykin

    BOARD MEMBER

    Shaquana Boykin born in Crown Heights and is a proud product of New York City’s public schools. She attended CUNY’s Kingsborough Community College and New York City College of Technology. In recent years, Shaquana has made significant contributions to her community. She served as an engagement coordinator at the Myrtle Avenue Revitalization Project, working closely with NYCHA’s Ingersoll Houses. Additionally, she played a vital role as the food sovereignty organizer at the Brooklyn Movement Center.

  • Melanie Baldwin, CEO

    BOARD MEMBER

    Over the past 20 years, Ms. M. Baldwin has expertise in the areas of leadership trainings, strategic planning, grant writing, board development, evaluation and personal service planning which includes but is not limited to; conferences, weddings, and seminars. She developed welfare to work and environmental policies for the state of Pennsylvania as an intern. She has served as Coalition Director of 5 agencies where she managed a budget over 3 million dollars and developed programs for welfare to work participants. As an Academic Dean, she developed First-Year Programs and retention strategies. She has served as a White House intern for President Obama where she vetted committees, proposed governmental candidates as well as assisted in policy development. Melanie has successfully collaborated with partners and written grants for, including but not limited to, Head Start, CDC and SAMHSA. She is currently the Grants Administrator and Special Projects Manager for the City of York, Pennsylvania.
